Learning Like Pros

Yesterday we were honored to have, guest speaker, Jim Bahr, a Professional Business Coach in our salon. Jim specializes in salon and spa business development and delivered a highly motivational presentation to our team. 

Basically, we discussed the continued growth and health of the beauty industry in the U.S. Jim gave us hard facts, comparing Salon Central's business figures to those of the national average. We were all very please to learn that our performance is well above average in several areas. 

One of the facts we learned, is that, because of the high percentage of color services performed in the salon, we are branded to be a "color salon". What this means is that, 45% of clients who walk through our doors, receives a color service along with the many other services we offer. What this translates to is - that our guests trust us, especially with their color, nothing makes us happier.
